Paintjob originally made by Rockstar Games and ability to be fit with Ford CVPI by monster875.
I use Photoscape to edit the paintjob using the available template on version 4.4M of CVPI by Schaeftt and Bxbugs123 (compatible with CVPI v4.4M ELS-enabled MX7000 Lightbar).
This mod is for Lt. Caine's Ford CVPI Police Cars (replacing noose). Thanks to him for emergency vehicles.

There are 13 new NOoSE CVPI paintjobs that you can choose from.

1.	NOOSE Auxiliary

13.	NOOSE Serial 53181 New + NOOSE Hood Logo

I also presented the original NOoSE CVPI Paintjob by monster875, CVPI v4.4M Template by Schaeftt and Bxbugs123, and the Police Car w/ MX7000 Red-Blue Lightbar (Non-ELS), downloaded at gtapolicemods.com. Vehicle texture is edited a bit by me.
If you wish, you can change lightbar style to be red and blue, red, white, and blue, or solid with SparkIV or OpenIV by the file presented within the archive (works with other CVPI police cars by Lt. Caine/Luxart).
Police Car Installation is within the How to Install file.

How to install:

1.	Extract the archive to the Desktop of the folder that you can easily remember.
2.	Access your NOoSE CVPI Texture file (noose.wtd) using SparkIV or OpenIV at vehicles.img at this directory:
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\models\cdimages
You must have the backup of the original texture file before proceeding.
3.	Find the police_sign_x.dds file or cvpi_sign_x.dds file (where x is the paintjob number, maximum is 5) and replace them with my paintjobs that you have extracted.
4.	If you want to add more paintjobs of mine (OpenIV only), use the Insert function and choose one of 13 painjobs that you have extracted. When the popup appears, just click OK. Once done, rename the added file to police_sign_x or cvpi_sign_x (where x is the paintjob number, maximum is 5).
5.	If you are done editing, save the texture archive and rebuild if required (SparkIV needs to rebuild and exactly essential).
6.	Installation complete. Test it out by running GTA IV (works also with EFLC).

If you don't have CVPI police car installed:

1.	Open up Police Car MX700 Lightbar [Non-ELS] folder within the extracted archive and read the instructions provided by How to Install file.
2.	Access your NOoSE CVPI Texture file (noose.wtd) using SparkIV or OpenIV after the installation instructions provided.
3.	Replace police_sign_1, police_sign_2, police_sign_3, police_sign_4, and police_sign_5 files with my 5 of 13 paintjobs.
4.	If you are done editing, save the texture archive and rebuild if required (SparkIV needs to rebuild and exactly essential).
5.	Installation complete. Test it out by running GTA IV (works also with EFLC).

Police car that provided by me is Non-ELS w/ rotating MX7000 Lightbar. 100% guaranteed, your game will not crash without ELS v6 mod.
That's all. Have a nice day.
